Description: Kilometer zero Restaurant The definition of KM zero is using and consuming food from the area of production Our farmhouse restaurant has always had this philosophy, that is, what is produced in our region (an area famous for wine and food ) becomes the foundation of our menu . By respecting the seasonality of our products we can ensure the freshness and quality of our ingredients . We put effort into promoting the local produce that tells a story about our surrounding territory without ignoring the excellent products that Italy is so famous for.

We stayed in a beautiful villa very close to this restaurant, so we ate here 3 times during our six day visit. The rustic decor and the view is lovely. A lot of the food is local, and all our food choices were very tasty. Their 'fagioli' (bean) soup was different from any we've had elsewhere but was very good. The pastas, steak and rabbit were also delicious. We had excellent service from all the staff, especially Eddy who was our waiter. He answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations. The Continental Breakfast buffet was ok, but we strongly recommend trying this restaurant for dinner, which was amazing.

We arrived with our group to lovely snacks and drinks. We were then taken to an area where we were taught and made our own pizzas, gnocchi and mozzarella cheese!!! Amazing! We were then treated to an awesome buffet after that. Lovely setting overlooking the sea ...a great evening!!1

Lovely place but you do pay a 50 euros for transportation up and back to Sorrento. The wine and appetizers were great. We then got our main courses and complained that one of our dishes was not hot when brought to the table and the owner/manager explained that it must have taken some time to get to our table hence it was not hot. There was no offer to replace the dish. There were other issues as well - a well well done steak that was supposed to medium and other food that was just not that good. On our way out, I stopped to talk to the owner/manager and let him know of our disappointment. He asked me to wait a minute, talked to the person who took our order (not the person who cleared our plated) and came back and said the everything must have been fine because we finished our meals. Actually we did not finish our mediocre food. I had to tell him that I was not going to argue with him, that i just wanted to let him know that there was a problem in the kitchen that he might want to address. Anyways, not the right response to your customer and overall a waste of time - there are much better restaurants in Sorrento.

We stopped here for lunch while hiking, as recommended by our walking company, and were very pleased. Although the décor is somewhat rustic with dried flowers and wood, it is very elegantly done. The food is elegantly presented as well. The staff were willing to explain the menu in detail. The vegetable antipasto was so fresh and delicious. It is obvious that there is great pride in the selection and preparation of the food. There were many things on the menu that I would have liked to have tried, so if we are every in the area again, we would make the effort to go back for more!
