“RIP Five Guys”
Review of Five Guys

Bland, dry, overcooked burger, flavourless. Soggy bun, tasteless, sickly mulch.
It's very, very sad what's happened to this place, it was great when it first opened.
They used to get away with the prices when the quality was there.
Given that's the opposite, now it's ridiculously overpriced.
What a sad time. McDonalds is now better. Sad but true.
(A while back a friend of mine told me Byron's and all other similar restaurants were having to change the way they cooked burgers. I feared then for Fiveguys if it was true as that was their edge. Looks like it was.)

First visit and genuinely surprised how this is head and shoulders above anything you can have in Other burger chains. Not cheap but the multiple choice on toppings at no extra charge was good, also noticeable that meat was of a better quality and burgers made to order. Staff very diligent on thoroughly cleaning areas vacated by customers. Will definitely be returning

13 pounds for an average burger and bottle of water.

The burger bun was cheap. They used processed cheese single The bacon was barely cooked.
Go to any ok pub and you'll probably get a decent burger, chips and a pint for less.

This is a brilliant place to nip in for a quick bite. I must admit it’s a little pricey for a burger, but the quality is very good! You can build your own at the till, you choose all your toppings from a laminated card.

I like that the kitchen is open so you can see your meal being prepared. The also have one of those fancy Coca Cola machines where you can mix your own flavours and unlimited refills is something that this country is really missing out on.

If you haven’t been I would recommend that you give it a try. The menu is quite small: burger, hotdog, and a couple of other snacks. But the meals they do serve they do incredibly well!
