For such a busy stop (at all times of the day and all times of the year) the service could be much quicker.

Ok, i can deal with inexperienced staff and a mistake here and there, but i honesty feel like i was robbed by this location because of how bad this experience was. We stopped on our way through and ordered a pumkin spice latte, a turkey sandwich, 20 timbits, and a couple other items. After we ordered, she says "i need to go remember how to make a pumkin spice latte." She comes back and says they are out pf the spice. Ok, crap happens so what. We take a mocha instead. She makes no offer to refund the difference in price, and gives a med mocha when we had ordered a large. By this point we are making jokes about the inexperience, but dont really care. She hands us the box of timbits and she says that she is 99% sure there are 20 in there but there might be more. Hey who doesnt want extra right? We decided to order another mocha since we had a long car ride ahead of us and then we leave... we should have checked everything first. A tooth pick or piece of wood cut mt fiances mouth in her sandwich, there were 19 timbits, and both mochas was essentially just water. How hard is it to mix coffee and hot chocolate or count to 20, or make a sandwich without putting wood in it. And since we are on the road, no point in going back for a refund. Waste of money and time. Avoid at all costs.

We stopped here on our way through. It was 10am on a Saturday in August and so busy! Could barely get out of the parking lot. Will avoid this Tim's in future as it slowed down our trip having to wait so long for just a coffee.

This is one of the few places to stop between Ottawa and North Bay and as such is very busy. There was a long line-up when we arrived and yet only two of the three cash registers were staffed. At the same time, the drive through was humming. The food was the usual safe dependable Timmies fare.
