We had recently visited this marvelous resort for a week. It has everything a person or a group of people could need. Great food, wonderful staff and breath-taking scenery! Our family met the owner and owner's son and they treated us like family so thank you Valdomiro and Ronan! I would highly recommend this resort and we will be coming back very soon! Thank you Serrambi Resort for the memories!

Cozy accommodation, excellent cuisine with different options of food every day included on the dinner menu, and an excellent service from the waiters and waitressess from the pool up to the restaurant area.
Amazing location, and for children a great recreation Team.

The Resort outdoor area is wonderful and the waitresses are great , specially EVA, KELLY, CHIRLA E LIDIA . They do an outstanding service! Should be recognized by the management. LUA is the best with the kids. She has such a good vibe and energy! A key person that should also be recognized.
As per the rooms, I cannot say the same. They have poor quality for the price charged.
Negative aspects:
- Shower temperature is either too hot or too cold.
- Weak flow of water
- Few outlets in the room
- only one night stand on a suite
- poor quality of closets

The highlight is the waitress service. Kelly, Eva, Chirla, Mirosmar,they are the best. Lua is the best with the kids.
The outdoor area is beautiful. I was expecting much more for the bedroom quality. Mostly for the price we have paid. Kelly is a plus.

The resort is nested in a amazing part of Pernambuco, around one hour from the closest airport (Recife) the resort has a Hacienda ambiance.
Surrounded by beaches one must do is, in the morning during low tide, visit the natural pool in the coral reefs to swim with different fishes ( lots of colors and shapes).
After visiting the reef is time for a nice caipirinha ( traditional Brazilian drink made with cachaça spirit and lime) by the pool.
The hotel is family focused but entertainment staff helps parents providing activities for kids allowing parents to relax and enjoy, a massage in the tent in front of the ocean is a great choice.
Covid protocols were in place but without harassing guests.

Cons
- Gift shop didn’t have kids toys like bucket or water launcher.
- Food and Beverage a bit overpriced (value for money point of view)
- Checkout happens at 12:00 and flights to São Paulo at 18:00 we requested late checkout which was denied, even though we would pay
Overall I rate my experience 4 out of 5 and recommend staying in this resort.
