Could not have been more wonderful. We had checked in to a large resort near Zadar and weren't happy with it. So we checked out right after checking in and called Boskinac at the very last second hoping they had a room. We drove up (about an hour) and fell in love as soon as we arrived. The resort we left, although architecturally beautiful, had the vibe of a time share. Corporate, sterile, with a pool full of bird poop. Boskinac was an immediate stark contrast. Our shoulders dropped the second we arrived and we felt like we were in heaven. The room was beautiful. The overall design of the place is stunning. The hotel got us in to the fine dining restaurant just moments after we checked in, and it was amazing. The next night we ate in the tavern and enjoyed more rustic food, expertly prepared on an open fire. Staff was lovely and beyond helpful. The owner brought us water at the pool (we didn't realize she was the owner at that point). We never left the property to see more of Pag because we were so happy and we absolutely intend to return. Oh, and the wine is so wonderful we are having a case shipped to the US. Cannot recommend highly enough. This little treasure of a hotel is the perfect antidote for the pressures and stresses of the world.More
