Very nice place to stay the place its self, most of the staff was friendly had a bad experience with 2 on reception found them to be quite ignorant, the rooms was genuinely quite clean apart from the mass bug graves in the lamps the pool area was well matained and the bar area was modern and inviting but overall experience was really good if you're planning on staying here you won't be disappointed short stroll from everything you need but don't ask for a villa near the car Park as you get quite a poor view

We enjoyed a quiet relaxing break at las Brisas, our first visit to Lanzarote. The villa/bungalow was spacious, well equipped and in good order. The furniture could however do with being upgraded. The complex is well set out with attractive gardens and a good heated pool. Staff at the restaurant/ bar worked very hard and provided an efficient friendly service at reasonable prices. The duty lifeguard, again a friendly member of staff, provided and positioned sun beds and umbrellas as requested.

The complex is situated a short walk from the sea front and it’s many restaurants and bars. There is no view of the sea from any part of Las Brisas.

Returned to Las Brisas for the 8th time this year. We had arrived on the Sunday night and was greeted by the night security guard. We had stayed in Villa 95 before, so we knew where we were staying. The Villa its self is well equipped with a washing machine, full oven and microwave (no dishwasher). The villa has 2 good size bedrooms, with 1 en-suite. The patio is a great size for sitting out and also comes with a few sun loungers if you don't fancy sitting by the pool. The bar area is looking smart and up to date as it has not long been renovated. The menu has also be changed, with some nice updates. We had never had an evening meal but had lunch a couple of times and breakfast on the morning or departure. The food was served quickly and always with a smile. The complex also has small supermarket, which is handy in the morning fresh milk or rolls. There is a big supermarket around a 5 minutes walk away if a bigger shop is required. The main street and promenade is about 10 minutes away, where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and shops.

The only down fall is the reservation of sunbeds with towels early in the morning. If you come down at 10am there is hardly any sunbeds, chairs or tables left as people have been up at the crack of dawn reserving their space. There was a rule a number of years ago that you weren't allowed to reserve till 8am and if you hadn't returned in a couple of hours the towels were removed. We noticed that some sunbeds had been reserved in the morning and never returned during the day. This was the only down fall to an other wise great holiday.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with a lot of brightly coloured flowers and plenty palm trees (they were being trimmed during the time we were there). We even had a gecko that visited the villa in the evenings. We love our time at Las Brisas and have booked again for next year.

We had a lovely 10 night holiday at Ona Las Brisas. Family of four with two children aged 12 and 16 in a one bedroom bungalow. We arrived a couple of hours earlier to check in but the lovely lady said our room was ready. After having read reviews we had requested for a quiet room, which we were given room 52. Was lovely and very quiet. Apart from a fairly bin collection on Wednesday morning, but wasn't an issue.
When we got to the room the beds were not made up in the lounge and we had to ring and collect bedding and make this up ourself, not a problem. The bungalows are a little dated but very clean and very well appointed with washing machine, dishwasher, everything you require. You are given towels to be used pool side and can change them as frequently as you liked in reception. We had plenty of towels in the room also. All rooms are bright and spacious, with air con in the main bedroom and a fan in the living room. Our children found the beds a little uncomfortable but a slept well. The bathroom was well appointed, clean and supplied with toiletries.
I must commend their cleaning staff the place is kept to a very high standard and always very warm and friendly.
The surrounding grounds, pool and communal areas are very well kept and staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The complex is gated and you have your own keys for entry and exit, made it feel very safe and secure, with security onsite after 8pm.
We ate in the restaurant onsite one lunch time and the chef was very clued up about gf and cc. The evening entertainment was OK of the nights we saw, might just be our taste as others seemed to enjoy.
In reception they have a wonderful library to borrow books, weather updates daily, books to write in for you return flights for updates and transfers too. They really have thought of everything.

The location is superb, close to the sea front and harbour with many lovely cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff their hard work and surroundings make this place what it is and the reason it has so many awards. We would definitely return.

My wife's family have been visiting this resort for 30 years. We have holidayed here on 8 previous occasions over the years and lice coming back. The location of Las Brisas is perfect for the main resort and to be able to walk to the beaches, marina, harbour and many restaurants. Accommodation is both spacious, private and clean. Bathroom facilities are a bit dated but perfectly functional with a good supply of hot water. The reserving of poolside beds with towels routine is tedious but we prefer to get out and explore. There are a surprising number of places to visit and see if you do some research. Car hire is recommended and most journeys are relatively short i.e. 30 minutes in good roads without any major traffic problems. Las Brisas is the perfect place to base your holiday from which is why we like to keep coming back
