Came here as came last year, not as good especially when you can get better tapas at better prices elsewhere

We’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2012 and every time it has been fantastic - never disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The goats cheese salad is always a staple for us. Their onion rings are a must every time and now we’re fighting off our 9 year old for them. Garlic prawns we consider best on the island - I’ve tasted quite a lot - patatas bravas, rustic bread with tomato, chorizo are all delicious.
Take your time to enjoy, if busy - service is a little slow.

Price is a tiny bit more expensive but worth it. A very good meal for two and a 9 year old with half bottle wine and 2 large beers €75.

We arrived around 9pm and were offered to sit on a couple of different tables. The waiter took our drinks order and then the waitress talked us through the specials. We chose on her recommendation a white fish which was incredible, it melted in your mouth. We had a range of tapas which was all cooked to perfection. The bill was around 103 euros, this was with 2 rounds of drinks and an array of the finest tapas! Well done Bodegon 5 stars!

Omg quaint little place but I'm afraid the breakfast was way too greasy and not really what I'd expect even though in essence a fry up is just that but not too enjoyable sorry.

We stopped off here by chance for tapas on lunch time. I have to say we were not expecting much as most of the restaurants along the front at Playa Banca cater more for the Brits Abroad brigade (yes I am a food snob!) rather than people wanting to enjoy local cuisine, however we were very pleasantly surprised. There was a good array of tapas, but importantly for us they also catered really well for my husband who is gluten intolerant, with lots of dishes they could make either normally or gluten free. We particularly enjoyed the Fois Gras, baby squid and garlic prawns and the kids loved the Spanish ham on bruchetta with tomato. if you are looking for lunch down on the front I would suggest this is one of the better options for local fare!
