This is a lovely place. We stopped by on a winter day and sat in the sun and looked out the large windows. The paella was impressive and filling. The kids menu was not very interesting - plain chips and fried chicken/ sausage (we ordered fish but got chicken). I know many kids like it like that but a few vegetables or a little garniture would do no harm I think. Our liked it but found our paella far more interesting. There are several playgrounds nearby.

We dined here on two occasions both for dinner. By far our favorite restaurant during our stay Lanzarote.

Its location is set back off the main road adjacent to a church and a local children's park. We were staying at Princesa Yaiza hotel so if you are staying there its only a short 10 minute walk away turning left along the path from the front entrance of the hotel. You would find the restaurant on the left.

The restaurant area is light and open glass windows all around. Our main waiter Jose was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. He made recommendations and did not disappoint.

We tried the fish stew, rock fish croquettes, mixed fried fish main course and a special one evening which was mixed grilled fish. All meals were outstanding.

We also had a fantastic wine which was just superb and so cheap we just couldn't believe it. It was called Famara malvasia volcanica seco.

Great place and cant wait to return

The restaurant is off the sea front, and overlooks a car park, but very welcoming.
My wife and I shared a starter of fish croquettes, which were delicious; light, creamy filling with a crisp crust. The helping of 8 croquettes was very generous for two.
For main courses we chose the rabbit with onions and garlic and the fried young goat. Both were tasty, but were swimming in oil, and in both dishes the meat appeared to have been butchered by a mad axeman rather than jointed.
Overall a pleasant evening, but nothing special.

having been to a few restaurants on the sea front ( all OK) we tried the Case Jose, and what a find. View is nothing to get excited about (a carpark) but forget that and just get into the food, Proper Lanzarote dishes, Fried Goat, Rabbit both brilliant. Very good value for money too. 4 people two courses + wine bread etc 70 euros. The Young girl serving (part of the family who own it) was lovely so friendly and helpful. The complementary after dinner drinks, Brandy, Baileys More wines a lovely touch. Do go there.
