Description: Our family-run restaurant offers its customers a service of professionalism and courtesy in a restrained and elegant. The restaurant is run by a chef with international experience very clever in creating tempting dishes mainly based on fish but also meat. Do not underestimate the quality of our pizza baked in a wood. You have just to try ... medium-low prices!

Such a phenomenal place! We stayed at the Amelindo Residence the night before our departure back to San Diego as we had an early am flight from FCO.
We walked down the beautiful residential streets to this lovely family restaurant. The food was fresh seafood and homemade pasta. By far one of the best meals I had while in Italy. I would certainly recommend this to anyone staying at a hotel near the airport. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation! Classic Italia!

My wife and I were staying in Fiumicino near the airport. We asked the owner of the B&B to recommend a nice place for a dinner. Her first choice was L' Angolo. Checking the reviews on Trip Advisor reassured us that this was a solid recommendation. The service and the food exceeded all expectations! We shared several appetizers and two main dishes. All were excellent-ample portions of expertly prepared food, at a reasonable price. Reservations are recommended. We arrived early and the restaurant was empty. Within a short time every table was taken. It was clear from the level of enthusiasm and the enjoyment among the other diners, that they too were very satisfied with the food. Highly recommended-you will not go wrong!!

we literally stumbled across this restaurant which is called - The Corner - in english. As far as I am concerned, it is a real corner of heaven on a plate. We were directed to this place by a shop keeper as the restaurant where we ususally dine at in Fiumicino, was closed. The restaurant was very busy even around 8pm which is not late for Romans.

it serves great fried delicacys from Roman cuisine and pizza alla Romana but the menue of fish is extraordinary.

They do three fixed course meals ranging from 3 courses to 5 - 6 courses, from 25 - 35 euros per head with wine. We opted that evening for pizza as we had to be up early the next day.

Service was impeccable - the seating area where we were was disjoined from the main dining and kitchen area but this did not stop the fast and excellent service.

The house wine was absolutely palatable - and very economical - we had a beatiful pizza each

my husband opted for Mare and Monti - that is sea and mountin pizza - mozzarella and tomatoes with porcini mushrooms and asparagus topped with delicious seafood - prawns, calamari, clams and mussels - a real work of art.

I had my pizza with tomatoes and mushrooms, onion and rocket - no oil and no cheese and the dietry requirements i made were followed to a T to the point that when i ordered chicory to follow the pizza the waitress came running to take my plate away as it had been tossed in oil in the kitchen and replaced it with the oil free version.

My husband had handmade spagetti with seafood to follow .

the bill came to just 35 euros - it was fabulous. We have promised to return to try the fish - the dishes are excellent - beautifully presented and of a quality that is so rare in many restaurants in the capital - the prices are fair and the owners are more than happy to come and chat and just take the time to make you feel so special

we had a wonderful culinary interlude and cannot wait to return

thanks for a great meal - Rita and Gennaro, Avellino.

We decided to have only antipasti after ordering ten plates to be shared by 4 people. There was the usual salami and cheese plates, but assortments of grilled meats and vegetables, seafood and other taste treats followed. No one could try anything more. It was a very good decision.
