Stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would like to mention Sean Vincent, restaurant and bar manager and his staff who were very accomodating. Had a swim in the pool which was lovely. There is also a gym, a sauna and a tennis court.

Thoughtful helpful staff went out of their way to make my stay incredibly pleasant. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Setting was gorgeous and the room peaceful.

There is a main lodge and the guest rooms are duplexes spread out around the property. They run you to your mini lodge using a golf cart.

The restaurant is top notch. I had the soup of the day, the lamb salad a side a dessert. For breakfast I had the waffles.

The hotel is beautifully located in a forest. Our room was comfortable, warm and the balcony in the tree branches was a wonderful plus. The staff welcomed us with a bottle of local wine since it was our honey moon which we were grateful for.
Staff was very helpful all along.

A faultless long weekend at the Puka Park Resort, great location & individual chalet with balcony. The customer service received across reception, bar & restaurant was also very good. We had breakfast & evening meal in the restaurant which was very nice. Overall a really great stay.

We stayed one night here in a rainforest styled Lodge while touring. Would have been better to have stayed longer. Although it rained when we arrived the area is beautiful. The lodges are hidden amongst the foliage but be warned up rather steep roads. They did shuttle us up due to the rain, but there are still several steps to negotiate.
Rooms comfortable, although louvered door to the bathroom facilities negated any privacy.
The breakfast which is buffet style was the best we had on our tour. Pipping hot, plentiful and tasty. Would be great for a retreat as very peaceful.

Room Tip: Book a Lower lodges if mobility is not good.
