We had our annual conference in the stunning hotel. We have regrettably stayed only couple of days - but I just wished we stayed longer. If you enjoy morning run on the beach, great food, sandy beach only couple of minutes walk from the hotel ( hotel itself has a number of swimming pools) and just perfect spot to watch sunset in the bar on the beach - this hotel is for you! I hope I’d get a chance to visit again

It is a large hotel located on a beautifull spot. The name hideaway does not do it justice. It is too large for that. The rooms are much smaller than expected. The breakfast room is a terrible place crowded very noisy. We had to go outside to find a quiet space, given the low tempertature this was not nice. We did not have luck with our room. It was smelly and our small balcony was the toilet for pignions. We left after one day being very disappointed. We received a discount because of our complaints. Still we were left with an unpleasant feeling. If you are looking for a luxury couple holiday this is not the place to be. If you are with children it must be nice since there are several swimming pools and a big entertainment program. If you are looking for tranquel and romantic setting this is not the right hide away it is something to stay away.

My wife and I spent three days at this fantastic resort - and every moment was a treat!
Check in was super easy with wonderfully friendly staff - thank you Cynthia!
We stayed in a delux seafront room - which was awesome. The pools and grounds of the hotel are immaculate and designed to relax every sense. We used the spa facilities twice and highly recommend them.
The prestige breakfast needs a special mention! In my many years of travel I have never seen such a spread - absolutely everything has been thought of - and always delivered with a smile.
We absolutely love this resort and cannot wait to return. It was the highlight of our Spanish tour.

We were a large group staying at the Royal Hideaway for two nights. Upon our arrival all rooms were ready and keys including information was prepared in envelopes for each of us. Staff was prepared and placed at strategic points in the huge hotel in order to give us direction to our rooms (it‘s easy to get lost in the halls with the different elevators)

We then had dinner organized in one of the restaurants and the food was splendid! We really enjoyed everything from appetizers to desert. Also out vegetarians were happy with their meal choices.

On the last day a colleague and I had the opportunity to enjoy some time in the spa. It might need a little renovation soon but the area was clean and well maintained, only a little old fashioned maybe.

My room was certainly ok, didn‘t hear any complains from my colleagues. Only downside of the room for me was that there was no duvet and due to air condition I was always freezing. Due to us only staying for 2 nights I refrained from asking for a warmer blanket.

The Irish pub offers bowling, darts and pool as well as fussball. You really forget about being in Spain when spending time there.

Also it‘s sad that there‘s no private beach access. You have to leave properties and go to the public beach which I was told is due to Spanish legislation.
