The hotel is about 30 mins from kardamena walking or 10 mins in a taxi (9 euro). If you want to walk it's ok but remember it's normally very hot. The beach is extremely pebbley and a bit dirty, which is not the hotels fault.
We found the hotel small and friendly, which you wouldn't get in a large complex. We made lots of lovely friends because of this.
The rooms were ok. Quite big and clean with air con. Make sure you ask about the aircon on checking in as the controller doesn't seem to be offered too freely.
We were there on an all inclusive basis . Their biggest issue seems to be the food. The food is not covered up at all and is generally attacked by many flies. On my stay a lot of people refused to eat anything because of this. They need to address this before someone gets ill.
They say that there are snacks during the day. The waiter would bring out 2 trays of something left over from breakfast as that would be it. Don't miss eating breakfast for a snack! Lol
The alcohol was ok. The cheaper brands but that probably what you would expect. No real problems there.
There is a real lack of entertainment. One night a week the family will sing and they get a bazooki player in. This was a nice evening and most people joined in, but that is it. Due to the size and friendliness of the hotel this worked. It would be nice to have something more.
The staff were very friendly. Andreas was so sweet and the hotel should reward him for that .
With kos itself, which is nothing yo do with the hotel, I feel it's lost its "greeceness" there are not lots of little tavernas anymore that have dancing and singing. It's gone commercial which I think is sad. It make it more important for the hotels to retain this traditions.
Make some improvements and you will get returning guests .

Nice enough place. Food is ok but really not special. Bar is limited. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. Pool is good. Beach is not a beach you want to go to as pebbly.

We enjoyed our stay and would return.

When I arrived at Evripides Village I was greeted by the owner, Nikos, who was extremely friendly and very accommodating. He showed us to our rooms and told us about the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner etc as well as letting us know what we can do in the local areas. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner were served in a buffet style and there was always something different to eat, always something for anyone's taste. There were refreshments and snacks served throughout the day. Although the bar may only be small there is always a great atmosphere surrounding it and the staff across the resort are extremely welcoming, funny and cared a lot for the needs of the guests, Kostas, Uri, Andreas and the rest of them are all a credit to the resort and made the stay a fantastic experience. Although it was early on in the season there were quite a few nights were there was some great entertainment, entertainers always involving the guests. The rooms were very clean and tidy and so were surrounding areas of the resort. If you were awake early enough you'd notice that the pool was cleaned daily as well as all other communal areas of the resort. I was there with an elderly family friend for the first couple of days, who had walked into Kardamena, whilst there she ran into Uri (owners son) who offered her a lift back to the resort to avoid having to walk back. I really can't recommend this resort highly enough and all the people that are part of the team. I'll most definitely be back and can't wait to see everyone again!!

Spotless hotel with very friendly polite staff. Very quiet area not too far from Kardemena. Food average to begin with but gradually improved as time progressed. Not great choices but perfectly adequate. No need to eat elsewhere. If you want a quiet holiday this could be your perfect choice.

Upon arrival we were met by two scruffy looking gentlemen. (They were the owners)
Dressed in jeans and tee shirt and unshaven.
Luckily they were around, as for the duration of our stay, there was hardly any one manning reception.
At breakfast we were greeted by a buffet....... A lot of thought had been put into this, I could tell.
There was tea and coffee, and stale bread, that you wouldn't have given to the birds. Sugar and salt in matching bowls, couldn't tell which was which.
Baked beans burnt solid onto the tin they had been sitting in. No fruit, although tinned peaches turned up half way through our stay.
The lunch time meal was always chicken, fish, or pasta. the pasta was very nice, although the chicken was sometimes quite dry.
Pool area is great, lovely warmish pool (cleaned once during our stay) plenty of sunbeds as well. The pool bar, (the only bar) serves beer wine, spirits and soft drinks. So long as you can find someone to serve you.
The rooms are very nice. Spacious, and very clean. All areas are clean, all floors spotless.
Communal toilets by the pool have no locks on the doors, so peeing involves holding the door closed with one leg.
The dining room toilet is in complete darkness. Peeing impossible as you can't see a thing.
There is no animation team, so children are not catered for, unless they enjoy swimming or shopping. No food is directly served for children. ie no burgers, nuggets, (pizza once) nothing that a British child would like to be honest.
Entry to the hotel is via a flight of steps, (no hand rail) or a very steep ramp.
On a plus note, the staff who do work there are very nice and friendly, helpful, eager to please, and a new bar man, Andreas was superb.
Evripides village is situated in a lovely quiet spot. If you like to walk, this is perfect for you. Otherwise a taxi into town will set you back 9 euros each way.
The beach is at the end of a short road. It's lovely and quiet, with sunbed and brollys.
We all enjoyed our stay here, in spite of the sporadic moaning of some guests. We just got on with it, determined to enjoy our time here.
