Very pleasant stay in this hotel the service from all levels of staff was excellent , very polite people working there . Weather could of been abit better couple of days were very cloudy as I do like my time in the sun I was impressed with the standard of the hotel and the 6 swimming pools was very good you had the option to choose where you wanted to be. The beach was very good to and pleased the hotel had a lift to access it those stairs are not for the fainted hearted ,my only fault would be the adult entertainment what the entertainment staff put together was good but I think you should have more on in the hotel itself as there is not a lot to do outside the hotels unless you go into kardemena.I would defo stay again and thankyou to all of you as me and my friend were well looked after and hope you have a good summer season x

Room Tip: All rooms are located well but my choice a pool or sea view .

Minuses :
- hotel is not arranged for children under 2 years of age, by this i mean a lot of steps without even one path for buggys, a lot of swimming pools without even one for little children, there are two lifts leading to the beach but You cant avoid stairs
- tv from stone age ( hey, this is 5 stars dudes)
- long queues for coffe and tea at the restaurat (if You want tea You need to stay in queue to coffe machine and press "hot water" (isn't that crazy?)
- rude ladies at the reception. Especially one called Mika. Of course she will smile to You but she won't arrange You anything, including her boss
- the water in swimming pools exept one in the lobby is from the sea

Pluses:
- big rooms
- beautiful view from every part of hotel
- greek restaurant at the beach and italian at the swimming pool (needs reservation)
- a lot of space for eberybody under umbrellas also at the beach
- good food, changing every day

Conclusion: if You have a little baby and a buggy it is definitely not a hotel for You

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. First of all, the cab from the airport costs 25 euros and all taxi fares are set, there is a board by reception to tell you the prices. The hotel itself is beautiful, you have to go through all the other hotels on the resort to get to the summer palace. The hotel is on the side of the mountain, it has lifts down to the pool and then the beach but it does have alot of steps, i dont think this was a problem, we saw alot of young families who didnt see a problem with the steps.
we paid for a see view room and i would really advise that you do! The view was fantastic for such a small addition to the price. Restaurant was amazing! I would really like to thank all the staff in the restaurant, their service was amazing. The grille area was the best bit about the restaurant and the gentleman they have there for lunch and dinner was amazing, and the burgers are the best we have tasted!! (chicken and beef). go to dinner as quick as possible as you can as there is a queue for meat from the grille if you dont get there quick as they cook the meat right in front of you. Lovely desserts such as moouse, cakes and fresh fruit. The room that we stayed in had good facilites, small old tv, but we didnt really use it, just used it for bbc world news. We stayed in room 230, very quiet location, you could only hear the coaches go past every now and then, but other than that its very quiet section of the hotel away from the lobby and restaurant. When we first got to the room they had left food in our room for us as we arrived after midnight. When we first got there, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, when we called reception they came straight away to get rid of it and the maid sprayed it the next morning for us. The bedding was stained which was a dissapointment, but it didnt really matter to us as you could tell it had been laundered and wasnt fresh stains. rooms cleaned every day and fridge stocked every other day, and all the contents are free (2 pepsi's and 2 beers and a large bottle of water). The beach is stony, definitely take sandals as they get very hot in the daytime, sea is lovely and clear. they have free sunbeds and parasols, but the beach does get very busy and people love to get in your personal space by moving their chairs into the sun. good bar on the beach which serves drinks and hotdogs, you can get pizza but the line is always long.
When you go to the bar in the hotel, go to the one by the indoor pool, there is never a queue, there is seating outside whilst the lobby is ALWAYS busy! Wifi is slow but if youre enjoying yourself you wont need it!!
Overall, lovely holiday.
I recommend that you go to Kos town, 40 euros by taxi, or 3.50 for a shared coach.

Room Tip: get a sea view room!!

I'll keep this short.

Location 10/10, in a quiet complex only €10 in a cab to the town.

Rooms 10/10, very clean with everything you need. Sea view is a must!

Hotel 9/10 very clean.

Staff 10/10 very friendly and very helpful.

Food 9/10 great choice, well cooked and presented however I didn't care much for the Greek restaurant.

Beach 5/10 clean but it's that horrible shale.

Bar 8/10 not a huge choice but the local lager was ok, if I was scoring the theatre bar that would be a 0/10, I don't think I've ever tasted anything as bad ever.

Overall 9/10, I would defo stay again and though it was just me and my wife, the hotel is ideal for families, loads of kids entertainment and a cool water park!

Very nice accommodation next to the beach. The food was great, lot of different menus and a daily grill. At the beach the serve pizza and hotdogs. The resort is quite far from the nearest city Kardamena but there is a bus (timetable at the busstop near the entrance). A special mention for the lovely staff, especially the waiters at the lobbybar. Give them a tip!

Room Tip: Ask for a seaside room, breathtaking view
