The food was pretty much the same every single day, and not the best. Tasteless, but I suppose you should expect much from a 3star hotel.
The entertainment was half hearted with an extremely small are for any performer!
Our holiday rep was useless, we even booked tickets for trips with a rivals rep!

If it hadn't been for the company and what we did during the day I would have been very disappointed. In need of a big revamp in the food area, and the food!
The choice of drinks in the all inclusive was the worst I have ever had on an all inclusive, terrible local beer, no choice, red white and rose wine which tasted terrible and a few local spirits! They know how to keep the drinkers away!!
A mattress which felt like I was sleeping in stone and when I asked reception for something as my back was in agony they put a sheet, yes a sheet under the sheet that was already there!!

Room tip: The sofa is much more comfortable!!

The location is brilliant for anyone wishing to visit Siam Park with a taxi costing 7 euros on average. The free bus from the hotel also drops you off in a great place. Pool area is lovely and perfect for anyone with children, or even just a couple. Rooms weren't bad, only downside was that the water wasn't hot for long and was more like a hose than a shower. Shower curtain also comes down if you aren't careful. It would also be nice to know you have to rent the safe and pay for WiFi rather than finding out as you get there. Beds were comfortable and fan was not bad although air con would be better. Food was brilliant with fresh and new dishes every day and lengthy opening times for the restaurant so you weren't limited to when you ate. Reception staff really helpful and reps are on hand to sort out trips. Also allow you a room for 30 minutes free of charge if you have a later flight and have to check out at 12pm with storage for luggage available too. Night entertainment wasn't all bad and something for everyone.

Room tip: Best views are of the pool and higher that you can see the mountains, near reception. Facing out towards streets isn't a good view.

Again enjoyed our stay at this complex. Lovely staff, satisfactory food. Good facilities. Unfortunately this year the animation guy was terrible and didn't seam interested in anybody but himself. Location of this complex not good if your disabled. You will need to use taxis to get into town. One thing I would urge the management to consider is there policy of accepting single sex groups. This complex appears to cater mainly for the older generation and a group of drunken yobs behaving badly will soon kill your business. Will bear this in mind before considering further visits.
