Taking safety measures
Stayed here for 2 nights. A good place to stay. We had a problem in booking, (There was a mistake in dates). Mr.Prakash at reception helped us a lot to re schedule it and made an extra room also for us as we were accompanied with one more person than we expected. Everything went smooth.
Rooms are good, spacious and well maintained. Bathroom and Bath fittings need to be improved. There is no proper latch for bath room door (Room No. 311).
Service was good. Actually during this Pongal Holidays only the hotel is seeing some rush for the first time after the Lockdown. So many of the staff are new comers, recently joined. They themselves are not knowing about the hotel in full.
Breakfast is good. Very very limited items like Idly and Pongal that's all. Some bread and Cereals. But whatever was available was good. For both the days we had bread and Omelet only.
In Total no complaints. Price is reasonably good. Hope they will improve a lot in future.

The hotel is located very close to French Colony. The rooms are neat and well maintained. A special mention to the food. Amazing and delicious food. The staff makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. This was my 2nd visit to Pondicherry and stayed at Ginger both the times.
