During my stay of 4 days in this property I did not find anything particularly bad to write about. It was a good stay and would repeat it again whenever I'm in Pondicherry. We held a conference as well for two days the staff is excellent and well mannered.

The GM of the hotel paid a courtesy visit during the conference and enquired about if everything is OK. It was a nice gesture which I liked and congratulate him for maintaining the high standards.

This is a good hotel situated at a busy junction of Puducherry. The traffic is very congested. The service here is top class. The breakfast spread is a wonderful mix of French and South Indian cuisines. The dinner and lunch is really great. It has a mixture of meats veggies and the dessert spread is really wonderful. The spa and salon was standard. Service is a bit slow. Nevertheless overall a good hotel.

Stayed here for two nights in April 2016. Use the half-board package ( ie breakfast plus lunch or dinner).
+ves 1. Staff - polite, helpful, efficient 2. Buffet - outstanding menu and quality. Executive Chef Mr. Kumara Krishan is hands-on 3. Value for money 4. Rooms - perfect size with required amenities 4. Super staff: Suresh, Alimuthu, Manisha Chettri, Roshan Rana. 5. Good for business meetings.
-ves 1. Cleanliness of common areas 2. Housekeeping - again the cleanliness of the room and its equipment 3. Gym: good equipment but cramped into a tiny room. Not expected of an Accord 4. Swimming pool - unclean and rules not imposed ( ie guests not using shower, smoking, not swimming caps, etc) 5. Carpets have a stale smell. 6. Continuous noise from the busy road & not and efficient location for vacations.
