The area was lovely - lots of things for children to do and fun fairs, train rides and dodgems etc in the evenings. It was a little crowded and the restaurants were mainly serving the same type of food with extensive menus. The apartment was on the quiet but main slip road into the resort and was right between two large swimming pools. This was very convenient for us so we looked at both and in fact ended up going to club Jaime. It had a lovely grass area surrounding a terrific pool and the food at lunchtime was delicious. A fab shady area to sit and have a cold drink when the sun became too much.
All in all we were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean and simple but had everything one could need. There was a heat wave during our stay and air con would have been handy but usually Menorca has a fabulous breeze blowing all the time so air con isn't necessary. Everything was very close by so we didn't rent a car which was absolutely fine. The beach is lovely and the water amazing.
