It really makes me wonder how people who work in hotel receptions seem to completely ignore the poor person who has been waiting in line for ages & serves the selfish people who push in & make their own queue (which just happens to be in front of me & the other kind patient people).

Manners cost nothing but if the staff could try and help the poor people who have queued 4 ages, that would be a bonus.

The HRH team took care of us and make us feel right at home from day one. They were always happy to assist. Awesome selection of food and drinks, they have something for everyone. If it's not readily available, just asked and they will do their best to assist.

The water park is a must, relaxing in the tubes around the lazy river or screaming down the slide❤️.

We visited the Hilton Rosehall Resort for a well needed family vacation. Check-in was pretty easy and in good time. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, clean and amenities were very nice. We loved the lazy river, and the kids enjoyed the hobby cats and water slide.

Entertainment was relatively good, could use more evening entertainment but overall the kids had fun and we could always find something to enjoy. The beach is relaxing and the water is not deep so f you want a water activities bear that in mind.

Meals were good for us, we enjoyed eating at the three palms and moonstone. Staff was very polite and helpful, also good with children. We enjoyed excursions off the resort we used local operators because the cost worked out better, we enjoyed the bamboo rafts, mystic mountain and the blue hole.

Our airport transfers were done by TCJ Tours could not recommend enough, very comfortable vehicle, fully air conditioned we had a greeter who waited for us to arrive then took our luggage. We did our tours with them as well. Overall we had a very smooth and relaxing trip and the Hotel was definitely up to par.

Lovely , from rooms to service & food. All good, nightly entertainment, daily activities, staff, choice of food, drinks , pools, only minor complaint would be the food at the restaurants you reserve. The food was no different really to the buffet which was excellent with a different theme every night. Expected totally different in the restaurants, was very similar. Great for families with older teenagers as well as those with younger children & couples. We travelled with old teens who usually find something to complain about , but didn't here!
Go to Rose hall great house for he evening visit from the hotel- scares you to death!! Not for young kids!

My stay at the Hilton Rose Hall was a good one. The only downside would be the lack of entertainment at night so if you decide to stay on the property it can get pretty boring. Otherwise, the customer service was good for the most part. I most comment though, on my housekeeper Edith, without even thinking I'd give her 10 out of 10. The room is always clean after she was done, no complaints, there was always enough towels etc for the 4 of us (mom, brother, sister and myself). If something was forgotten, there was no delay in her getting it for us and she's seems genuinely pleasant, not something that's easy to find.
My first time as a Hilton Honors guest offered a few benefits so definitely sign up for that to get the most out of your stay, such as late check out and early check in, among others.
Late night snacks needs more work though but I can't say it was a big factor, I felt at peace at this hotel with everything at my fingertips.
