Good place to stay. Plenty of pools and very spacious rooms. We were on corner and had good views of pool and outside. Was up a small steep hill, but in the middle of restaurants and bars within 2 mins. Great place and clean. Could do with a bit of a update ,but was a good price and good location. Would 100% return

The accommodation was very good relative to the price paid. The complex is located within a 3 minute walk to the "strip" down a very steep hill, or series of steps at the other end. Of course when returning the hill has to be tackled and some may find it hard work, although the exercise will be beneficial. There is a bar/cafeteria on site which we used on the day of our departure to eat and I found this good value. Apparently it is possible to order food to be delivered to the apartment which is a nice touch although our party did not use this facility. All in all a good, basic, value for money place to stay in my opinion.

Room Tip: All rooms seemed to have either patio or balcony overlooking a pool.

Was there last April with group of 12 and went again March this year and the 1 bedroom apartments have not been updated
The only difference was the tv is a flat screen but that has not been updated in all apartments
Stayed in 121 in 2017 (can sleep 4 2 in bedroom and 2 on sofa bed)
Stayed in 240 in 2018 (can sleep 4 2 in bedroom and 2 on sofa bed)
Both one bedroom apartments they are basic and a bit dated
but they are clean and I was happy with that
For the price and location you would not get better
That is my opinion

We will be returning again and from what I have heard around the pool etc a lot of the people are returning customers also

Very basic but did the job, there was entertainment (Daniel) for kids and plenty of space by the pools, we didn't have much interaction with the Staff but of those that we did they were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed, they do state this is only done 5 days a week not sure which days they do not clean but you can request clean towels before 4pm
Beds were comfy, no plugs in the bedroom but that wasn't a problem as they are everywhere else, bathroom was clean (lack of lighting when in the shower at night but we managed just fine), TV was old but we didn't use it at all.
The rooms could probably do with a refurb as it is a bit dated but for £35 a night we paid you can not moan.
As for the hill, if you turn left after the market and follow that road round by the Spars, you will come down by Paddy's Point and that is A LOT easier to walk up and down.
Also, the Spar down the road is half the price of the Market by the hotel.

Room Tip: If you have mobility issues or children in prams ask for a ground floor apartment.

We stayed here for 4 nights, most people reacted by is it worth travelling that far for such a short stay, well it would of cost us more to go in the U.K. and the weather is a lot warmer in Lanzarote..

First impression , we’re ok, pool tables need to be moved away from the main entrance , they’re old and shabby. The room was fine , basic and needed updating, the beds are single beds and felt damp, probably because there’s no air conditioning and not much light. The kitchen had a microwave kettle and toaster. Bathroom was a bit smelly but the hairdreir was a proper one big plus. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. Cardiac hill , well it’s steep and hard to climb on a full tummy.
Would I stay here again, yes it was cheap and cheerful, you pay for what you get.
