We have just got back from our summer holiday. The place is just wonderful. All staff are great. On site bars and restaurant are lovely. The only reason why I haven't given this 5/5 is because of the maid service. Our beds were only changed once upon request. The maids did come in but didn't really do a great deal and I ended up sweeping up a few times which given we paid quite a bit I was not happy with.

In the middle of 2 week stay, you cannot fault any of the staff from reception down to cleaners and lifeguards. Rooms are starting to look very dated now and our ground floor apartment has gates on it which make it feel like a prison cell and makes room very dark. Getting to the sun beds... if you don't set your alarm to get up and be by the pool by 845, you'll struggle to get beds and definitely won't get an umbrella. Then if you leave and go and have breakfast etc, you'll find your towels removed from beds and be handed a note saying not to leave beds unattended. On the note it saids lifeguards will get you beds and umbrellas, but on 2 occasions we've come back and been unable to get beds or umbrellas!! Think they need to invest in about 100 brollies to make them go round. Won't be coming back!!!!

Thank you for taking time writing this review for us. We were sorry to read that your stay here did not meet with your expectations on this occasion. Please be advised that our lifeguards do monitor the use of the sun beds and they remove the towels from any sunbeds that are not being used. We would advise that lifeguards can supply extra sunbeds if required and they will always try their best to assist. Best wishes.

Reception/concierge staff were great on check in. We had a one bed apartment which was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. Our room backed on to the building that was going on but didn't really bother us as the work didn't usually start until about 9am. The pools were great and so was the pool bar. The clubhouse food was delicious An very reasonably priced. Alex who does the entertainment is brilliant and makes your stay even better. Only dislike was the lifeguards, especially one who spent all his time flirting with guests rather than watching the pool.( a guest had to jump in and grab a child out of the deep end that was struggling) didn't have any problems getting a sun lounger and a good spot, but getting a umbrella was a different story, people would que from 8:15 get one then go out for the day.
Overall the place is great and we are already planning our next stay
Keep up the good work

Great place, nice pools also they have a swim up pool bar in one of the pools which is also like a splash pool and the second pool is more of a chilling or swimming pool, so theres not much splashes going on its a nice stay also helpful, polite staff

We have just returned from a weeks stay in these apartments. We have visited these apartments many times throughout the years however in the past we always booked through the private rental site of Pueblo Torviscas. This time we found a deal on Travel Republic to book direct with Sunset Harbour Club and the difference in the standard of the accommodation is amazing.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment (L23) and my parents were in a studio (L22) both apartments seemed to be newly refurbished, they were very bright, airy and modern. Spotless clean and so well equipped, even with a dishwasher, amazing, no dishes on holiday!

The only reason I haven't marked as excellent is that we were disappointed with the lack of maid service, we had 1 towel change in a week and I had to call and ask for more toilet rolls. Apart from that all other members of staff were excellent, very professional and the animation guy was loads of fun!

We ate 3 times in The Clubhouse Restaurant and the food was always fantastic, we arrived quite late on our first evening and asked Mark if it would be possible to still order food after 10pm and they were very accommodating. The level of customer service from all staff, especially Ryan, Stacey and Eamonn was brilliant and they interacted great with our kids.

Unfortunately there are major roadworks going on outside the apartments, this didn't cause too much disruption however my parents balcony faced directly onto the works so their balcony was constantly filthy with dust, they couldn't hang their towels out to dry without them getting filthy. These are only minor faults that in no way effected our stay and we wont hesitate to go back to the apartments.
