We had the rabbit with aceto alsamico with potatos and it was the best I ever had. Will be back for more!

Few minutes from the SS1. Very welcoming, appetising menu of local dishes 'cooked in the old way'. Delicious pasta and melanzane alla parmigiana, and a very high quality burger without bun of Chianina beef. House wine also very good. Not over-filling. Totally unpretentious and incredible value, a perfect find.

It was simply amazing, the food, the environment, the staff, the decoration, the portions, the quality in everything!

Il Mangiapane has been another place that we love visiting every time when in Italy. They serve very good and authentic Toscanean-style dishes in an absolutely relaxed area. It is an ideal for families as well as couples.

The waiters speak, besides Italian, also English and French.

Most americans won't find themselves near Alberese. You need a car but the visit is well worth it. If you do, eat here for dinner - WITH a reservation. It's small, mamma clearly runs the place and supervises all the cooking. All Italians on vacation who know about the place. Everything is delicious. Try the wild boar.
