What an amazing evening myself and fiance had last Friday. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. The food was excellent and all perfectly cooked. I had the Welsh steak in ale which was so tender, my partner had the cod, chips and peas which was nicely garnished with lemon and tartare sauce. The fish was so light and fresh, all produce locally sourced too. I recommend this newly managed restaurant and will definately be going back again, actually can`t wait! Homemade lemon cheesecake was delicious. Thanks.

Although at first glance the menu seems small, each dish is done so well and is all homemade, including the chips. Very generous portions and absolutely delicious. Visited in a large group and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This is a family run pub and the staff are lovely, made to feel very welcome and comfortable even though it was a late and last minute booking. Will definitely go back if I visit the area again.

First visit to The Bridge in a couple of years. The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming, staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we walked through the door until we left. It’s a little expensive in comparison with other places in the area and no meal deals (e.g. 3 courses for ...) so probably somewhere we’ll only be able to afford as a treat but the food was brilliant. We had Sunday lunch which was served with plenty of vegetables all cooked perfectly. I’d recommend the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream which was lovely! We’ll definitely be returning.

Thank you for your review, we value your feedback. All our food is locally produced & sourced, we use our local butcher for meat and local fishmonger for fresh fish. Our vegetables are fresh from the market and are prepared onsite. Whilst we pay a little more for our ingredients we believe quality & freshness is important along with everything being homemade including desserts.
We are really pleased to hear that you enjoyed our food and service and we look forward to welcoming you back again :-)
