The hotel has a great atmosphere, it's quiet during the day, the restaurant food is good and the pool is good.

I have a couple of issues 1. The rooms never got cleaned for any of the time I stayed there and 2. I got woken up multiple times, every night by noise from other guests. The room walls are too thin and I could hear people at 0300 4 to 5 rooms along.

Perhaps just my experience as it is a very nice place to stay.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The gardens and pool are really beautiful. Staff are really friendly and helpful and had no problems organising transport/tours for us. There is free hot and cold drinking water available which is useful. We stayed in one of the wooden cabins. The terrace area with views of the gardens and pool is nice. Bed was super comfortable and big. I would probably advise to book the non-wooden cabins. They can get quite hot during the day and the other cabins seemed a bit nicer and more modern. The hotel is situated a bit away from the main beach areas. This is not a problem during the day as you can rent bicycles for cheap from the hotel. However, if you plan to stay out past dark any night then you should probably stay a bit closer. The path to the hotel from the main beach area is dark, long and bumpy. The breakfast is okay but pretty basic and not on par to other hotels that I stayed in in Bali within a similar price range. However, I did eat it every day and it definitely served it's purpose. It did deter us from eating other meals at the hotel restaurant though. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Staff is very friendly. Very far from the port where the boat from bali drops you. It's around 150m from the south beach. It's a quiet side of the beach. If u want activities and lively atmosphere then this is not the place. Would recommend a hotel near the port ie the north beach. Hotel is basic. Breakfast had limited options and from those options also you hv to choose as they don't offer buffet.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and for some areas where we may be able to improve. Unfortunately you did not research our location very well and you were disappointed you were not closer to the party area.
Our hotel suits people who want a quieter stay on Gili Trawangan and can enjoy the excellent service we provide, while enjoying the sound of birds and looking at our garden.
I believe we have a good breakfast selection, we do have buffet for fruit, tea / coffee, juice, corn flakes, and you can order individually the cooked items you need. This option works best for the guests we have staying.

Trawangan Oasis proved to be a fantastic place to stay. It's a fairly new place and the rooms were lovely, well maintained and clean. The included breakfast was delicious: a reasonable selection, made to order - pancakes and omlette were great. Free afternoon cake and tea/coffee was a nice addition. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Location is a little in land and to the North so a bit of a walk (20 mins) if you want to do that (you can horse and carriage to hotel but wasn't sure on how well the horses were looked after so we avoided). Not far from the North beach though. Great stay, thanks Oasis!

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel and your kind words. Oasis has actually been open since 2008 but we take great care in maintenance and upgrading of our rooms, so for you to think it was a new hotel was great! Our free 'coffee time' in the afternoon is a recent addition and like you very popular with our guests.
Hope we can see you again!

Terrific place to stay in what can be the mayhem on Gili T. Room v spacious pool is fab and the staff are brilliant. Food great. It is in quieter part of the island which is what we were looking for, they hire bikes, super fun. The owner, Mark, top guy so helpful. Thanks Mark. Dave & Kayleigh.
