Very good experience. Service is excellent that efficient, proactive and polite.
And the room is great too, especially the sea view .
For the facilities which I require can totally satisfy me. And the price is also nice

Couldn't have picked a better venue for my baby shower. I booked a 1-bedroom suite and sincerely requested in advance for an upgrade to their Garden Suite (which can only be requested and cannot be guaranteed until on-day and cannot be booked as the hotel only has very few of this room type).
Upon check in, they were able to get me the upgrade, me and my husband were very grateful and it made our celebration more special and memorable. They even put small decorations like balloons, teddy bear and a 'Welcome Baby' banner(which we took one home as a souvenir), I really admire for putting in the effort. One of the manager, Mr. Shel with whom I emailed regarding my requests, greeted me upon check in and kindly escorted me to my room. He was very welcoming and provided hospitable service. Maggie (not sure if that's the name), was also very friendly at check in and welcomed me with a smile.
And also thank you to the bellman at check out for his kind service and his helpfulness at our departure from the hotel.
Thank you for being part of our celebration, in a way hehe. It was such a beautiful success and all my friends enjoyed themselves. Much appreciation to Mr. Shel and Ms. Maggie and the rest of the Legend Palace team. Keep up the great work, and will definitely recommend your hotel to my family and friends.

The room are very spacious and beautiful. Views from the two large glass doers in our veranda it’s very quiet and beautiful scenery of the sea. In my hands, I always guarantee that every request I ask is granted by any person that I send to the hospitality industry. We are very thankful to Mr. Richard, the experience at the hotel, for getting us a great deal and making our stay amazing! We had amazing experience here in Legend Palace Hotel.
If you are going to be in Macau I highly recommend staying at the Legend Palace Hotel.

A wonderful night there. From the moment we stepped in, their service and the hotel itself just surprised me, cannot forget the night there. 10 out of 5 recommendation!
Hotel upgraded our room to a suit for free which had the best sea view along with a cake which was cute, my wife loves it. The experience in their hotel on 12/31, is the best thing ever in this year, a wonderful period for 2020. We will make it through this difficult time, best wishes to all.

Excellent Hotel with very good service! The hotel is beautiful with a great view to the pier! I have enjoyed some free facilities such as gym, swimming pool and sauna! Facilities are clean and the staffs service is very nice and friendly! Another thing is, the Hotel is attached to the Fishermen’s Wharf with shops, restaurants and entertainment places, where is ideal for photos taking! Also I love the hotel rooms are equipped with balconies where I can enjoy the beautiful view to the sea! Definitely will go again and to recommend friends too!
