Whilst in Macau you must visit for a egg tart. Warm and delicious, worth the trip to Coloane. Light and fluffy pastry with creamy light filling. You can't stop at one.

These are just the best Portuguese tarts, so much so we went back again! The locals and previous visitors highly recommended us visiting the Coloane Bakery and advised they are simply the most delicious tarts. They were right!

The Portuguese egg tart was really good (almost as good as the one I took in Portugal). You have to try putting some cinnamon powder on top.

Took cab to Coloane. 6 mins as opposed to longer local bus.
Small old fashioned bakery sells Portuguese tarts. They look like the Belem of Portugal but taste more like Chinese egg tarts. Pleasant, but not made with secret receipe.
We had morning tea in their cafe, which provided air conditioned comfort.
