Visiting Macau with my family and staying at The Venetian, the service is very attentive. Eric Zhou at the front desk is very enthusiastic and prepared a birthday cake for my dad. We are very satisfied.
I would like to special mention Ms. Rose from FO who made our stay very memorable.She was so considerate and thoughtful , especially to my baby . She arranged all baby stuffs and deliver to our room and also offered late check out as need some time because of my baby, Everything was so smooth . We will definitely come back and look forward to see her again👍
As I’ve had quite a rough day, making my decision to stay with Venetian for 3 nights in the same room from 3 different reservations was pretty much a last minute thing. Very patient, obliging and thoughtful service by Mr. Jonathan C from the professional front office team to have handled the hassle that I caused really well. Plus awesome Bay view on a nearly-top floor from a free room upgrading. Saved my trip with a pleasing start. Big thanks.
