Overall, I had a great experience with the Venetian hotel. FO Rose was incredibly helpful and nice and The room was wonderful and huge perfect also for family get away. Unfortunately due to pandemic the pool was closed hoping it will open soon. Most recommended service.
A big special thanks to the one who checked me in Thanawan from Thailand. I was sad that most of my friends couldn’t stay with me due to personal reasons. But Thanawan made my day with her superb service and also warm spirit! Thank you for the beautiful upgrade the room was exquisite.

Visiting Macau with my family and staying at The Venetian, the service is very attentive. Eric Zhou at the front desk is very enthusiastic and prepared a birthday cake for my dad. We are very satisfied.
I would like to special mention Ms. Rose from FO who made our stay very memorable.She was so considerate and thoughtful , especially to my baby . She arranged all baby stuffs and deliver to our room and also offered late check out as need some time because of my baby, Everything was so smooth . We will definitely come back and look forward to see her again👍
