Staffs were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out later. We were planning to leave the hotel later in afternoon so this was a big plus. The service at front desk from Fanny Lam was exceptional as well. She demonstrated the high standard service from Venetian and sent her best for our incoming online exam.

I stayed in The Venetian many times. I like its spacious rooms with big windows and good views. Always clean and tidy. Very convenient if you are travelling with kids cause they have many kids’ amenities. This time when I went for check in there was no queue and only three receptions were there. Jonathan, Eric and Thanawan greeted me with warm smiles. While Jonathan was checking in for me, Eric and Thanawan approached me offering water and explaining all new things happening at the Hotel. Thank you 😊 Always make me feel welcomed!

When we arrived Venetian to the front office, the whole check-in experience is the best experience that we didn’t have before. They are very polite and patient. Thank you so much that Yan introduced the hotel facilities to us very detail, and Herman’s guiding and helping carried our luggage to our room.
