Our surprise is a success!😊 Also, those very welcoming frontliners who assisted us upon our arrival. Thank you! Mr.Daniel who welcomed us with great smile. Mr.Enos who provided a very smooth check in. Hassle free indeed😊. And to Ms. Alice that provide another surprise amenity for my friend. Thank you to Ms. Ivy as well for checking up on us if we need further assistance. I would also like to commend the other people who assisted us all throughout our stay, the gentleman who brought our luggage to the room and to the housekeeping and inroom dining staff who always give a big smile whenever they deliver our requested stuff to the room. I had an excellent experience on my arrival to the Venetian Macau. The front desk assistant Christy Li was awesome! Christy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as informative. For future reference, i would definitely recommend to go to the Venetian and ask for Christy Li.
