This was our second year and we loved the remodeled oasis suite. The pool, the view and breakfasts are second to none. Chris was so helpful with our golf outings and we met people from the year before. Already booked for next year, the place to be in Peachland.

E & W - it was so great to see you again! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review (and glad Chris was helpful, lol!). It's always a neat thing for us to see all of our B&B guests getting along so well and looking forward to seeing each other the next year!
Needless to say we also look forward to seeing everyone next year!
Enjoy the rest of the summer and see you next year!

We have been to the Oasis twice and loved it. You absolutely cannot beat the view and the beautiful grounds. The salt water pool and hot tub great. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They think of everything from supplying sundries and a mini fridge to the furnished patio. Breakfast couldn't be more enjoyable served on the top balcony, over-looking the lake. Very friendly owners. Will definitely be back!

Sitting outside on the pool deck high above Lake Okanagan, the sun shinning, and the views enjoyable. It was easy to feel relaxed and the hosts felt like old friends. The rooms were spacious with all the comforts of home. I appreciated all the spaces you could sit outside; the wonderful morning treat before breakfast. Breakfast was the most incredible tasting food, ever. Well presented and nothing ordinary either.
If you are looking for a getaway, you must try Okanagan Oasis B&B. It will be your "go to" place when you need to unwind.
Laura and Terry

Room Tip: We liked the Twig room. It was the right size for the two of us.

This is my second year of joining my wonderful Canadian girlfriends for a much needed vacation in the Okanagan Region. Once again we did a takeover of the Okanagan Oasis B&B. I can't say enough about what a wonderful gem this B&B is and how much I look forward to our annual trip. There is nothing you will want for when staying with Chris and Shelia. They are wonderful hosts and their property is perfect. There is the amazing view, the beautifully appointed rooms with all amenities provided (soap, shampoo, towels, lotion, etc.), the fully stocked kitchen, the common living area with tons of books / DVD movies / games, the heated pool and hot tub, the fire pit, the relaxing conversation areas throughout the lovely landscaped yard and....drum roll, my favorite part of the entire trip......the homemade morning breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake (YUMMY!!!). I'm trying to talk Chris into publishing a cook book with all his recipes so I can attempt to make some of these at home during the other 359 days of the year. The location is perfect. You can walk or take a taxi to town, go for a hike in the hills or hire out a van for a day of wine tasting. I sleep like a baby when I'm here. I feel so rested when I leave. I only wish I could stay longer. We are already planning out 2018 visit and the Okanagan Oasis B&B is the first place we booked.

Room Tip: Every room is great. They all have views of the lake, private bathrooms and a lovely lanai.

Hi CW - thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! It was great to see you (and the whole gang) again this year and we look forward to seeing you all again next year! Running a B&B is a fun (but "harder than it looks"!) business and it just makes it that much more enjoyable when we have guests who return year after year and we get to know them a little better each visit.
Cheers,
Sheila (and Chris!)

Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful experience staying here for four nights. It was our first time in Peachland and we travelled with my parents who had stayed here two years prior. Chris was great to talk to and knowledgable about the area. The B&B was clean, comfortable, inviting, quiet, and relaxing. For a more detailed breakdown, please read below.

Room
---We stayed in the Twig Room. It was roomy, lots of space, fridge worked great, nice size TV, and decorated nicely. There was a basket with towels and glasses to be used around the pool. The bed was high off the ground and very comfortable. The room is also air conditioned so it was a great temperature for the heat wave that was going on. The bathroom was very large and featured a large two-person jetted tub as well as a separate shower.
---My parents stayed in the Captain's Room which was nicely redone in blue tones, big bed, as well as a smaller daybed. The bathroom is smaller than the twig room but still has a combined tub/shower.
---Both of these rooms have doors to enter into the room from outside and then another door at the back of the rooms that open up into the hallway of the bottom floor of the house that leads to the common areas. The third room (The Oasis Room) opens up into the kitchen.

Amenities
---Kitchenette - small kitchen to prepare food in. Never had an issue sharing space with the couple in the third room. Plenty of room in the full size fridge for supplies (and you also have a mini-fridge in your room). Well stocked with utensils, plates, etc.
---Living Room area - small living area off the kitchen with two couches and a big comfy chair and large TV. We enjoyed being able to watch the Calgary Stampede Rodeo each night together in this room rather than watching separately in our bedrooms.
---Outside the Rooms - outside each room there were two cushioned chairs (good for reading) and two high-backed cushioned chairs with a table for outdoor dining. There was also a BBQ for each room which we made sure to utilize!
---Pool area - the pool was GREAT! The saltwater was great and there were many "floaty devices" to use as well as balls to throw around, etc. There were lots of loungers, umbrellas, and chairs around the pool to use as well. There is also a hot tub available.
---Yard area - the yard has multiple tiers that are all beautifully landscaped with different sitting areas (one has a porch swing) and are pretty private.

Breakfasts
---WOW! We were incredibly impressed with Chris' food!
---Breakfast is served at 9:00am and you head to the upstairs deck, sit at your individual tables (one for each room, although they set up a larger table for us as there were 4 of us traveling together and we appreciated that).
---There is an "appetizer" and then the main breakfast portion. Every single item was delicious. The appetizers were things like yogurt parfait, fruit salad, and chocolate hazelnut crepes. The main portions had items like hashbrowns, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, and more (I am not doing it justice describing it this way - it was more than your "average" breakfast). We did not get any repeats and chances are you won't as Chris mentioned he has about 24 different meals he can go through which is amazing!
-Different juices, coffee, tea, and water are available.

Extras around Peachland
---Wineries were great - we stopped by Volcanic and The Vibrant Vine. Very different and found some great wines and ice wines.
---Stopped by various fruit stands/markets. Peaches were not ready but we got some really good cherries.
---Restaurants we enjoyed: Gasthaus (great German food), The Blind Angler (pub food)

Highly recommend staying here and will definitely share our experience with friends. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay with beautiful views and tasty breakfasts, this is the place!

Room Tip: Twig room is closest to the pool, Captain's room is in between both rooms, and Oasis room is the furthest from the pool. All rooms have A/C.
