We stayed here for 2 weeks from 30/8/2017. On arrival we was taken to our room and because it was late there was 2 plates of food for us at the bar. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are ok could do with modernisation but was very comfortable for what we needed it for. The food very very good, not alot of choice but always found something snd always very tasty. The drinks was good but dont provide gin and vodka in the all inclusive. Gardens are kept well and all areas kept very clean. We will defently return.

We booked this hotel for two weeks commencing 17/08/17. The hotel itself is lovely, padded mattresses on the sun beds, pretty gardens and a small pool. The rooms however are quite drab and not very big. We had our nine year old daughter with us and by the time the guest bed was in situ you had to move it if you needed to get into the wardrobe or open the door. Towels were only changed every three days and it was a mission not to flood the bathroom every time you took a shower.

There is absolutely nothing much to do other than swim, play table tennis or air hockey. There isn't any entertainment for either adults or children so after around day three and the novelty of the pool wearing off our daughter got very bored. There is a car hire place just over the road so we took to hiring one and explored the beautiful island.

Food was great, always nice and hot and a good variety. We booked all inclusive thinking we wouldn't have to spend a great deal while we were there, however, the choice of alcoholic beverages included in the price is very poor, beer, wine, rum, tequila, ouzo and soft drinks, none of which I drink so spent a fortune, haha.

Although there are notices requesting people not to reserve sunbeds, this is not adhered to, I'm not the type to get up at the crack of dawn while on holiday so many times we had to sit on chairs while admiring the towels that had been left on beds for hours on end and not occupied by anybody.

This really is the ideal spot if you want some quiet and relaxation but I wouldn't recommend it if you have a child in tow.

This hotel definitely deserves its rating - we've just spent a week there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Without repeating some of the other comments on here, the hotel is clean, well equipped, well staffed and conveniently located. The room we had was small but had everything we needed (especially the air con).

We arrived very late at night, after the bar had closed and long after dinner had been served, so it was a nice touch to be given a cold plate of meat, cheese, bread and salad to welcome us, along with a drink. A small touch, but one that a lot of hotels don't bother about.

As other reviewers have noted, the pool area is a little bit busy at times, but the beach is a short walk from the hotel (if you turn right and not left). The beach is a bit shingly and rocky at the waterline, so watch your step if you go in the sea.

The food on offer was excellent, considering the range of tastes that have to be catered for. Themed nights and a wide variety of local dishes made each meal completely different.

One thing that might be worth noting (although it didn't affect us) is that the restaurant is on the first floor and there's no lift, so if you have mobility problems, it could be a struggle. Might be worth asking if this applies to you.

All in all, really good value for money.

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay as a family of three, (11 year old).

Hotel: charming small hotel with plenty of character. beautifully designed with lots of quaint finishing touches. Rooms are small bungalows or 1st floor, situated in the gardens. Large (by Greek standard) pool with volley ball net. Lots of inflatables for the kids. Plenty space around the pool area but you will have to get up early and put your towel out if you want to pick your spot. (although there are notices up not to do this, and we Brits are as guilty of this as any other nationality). loads of facilities, pool table, table tennis, darts, tennis courts, air hockey. Very well equipped and maintained play area for small children. The kids had plenty to do and play with day and night. There is already a kids pool attached to the main pool so don't get rid of the shack! Its another great feature and play area for the older kids.
Rooms: very clean. excellent housekeeping. we got clean towels whenever needed. Room has tv, hairdryer and phone (none used) and a safe which was payable. Shower hot and powerful. Air conditioning was a bonus in the greek heat wave.Sometimes noisy from other guests returning to their rooms and barking of dogs from surrounding villas which might disturb some people.
Food: very good. varied - something for everyone. Usually each day has a theme but there are plenty of options. Considering this is a small hotel they offer plenty of choice for the relatively small numbers they are catering for. The deserts are amazing. Cant believe i tasted the best lemon meringue pie ever whilst in Greece.
Staff: All very friendly polite, chatty and courteous. A credit to the establishment.
Location: 5 minute walk to main road which leads into the centre of Kos. We hired bikes very cheaply for a week and went every where on them. We could hop to wherever we wanted very quickly without having to walk in the heat.
Negatives: only one which many have mentioned and lets the hotel down. there is no gin or vodka in the all inclusive. This was really disappointing.
Recommend: Absolutely!
