An appealing building with comfortable rooms. A good location for visiting Mt. Etnea. The in hotel restaurant is decent. The views are nice and the pool is inviting. Our room had a nice size balcony overlooking the pool and the town of Zafferana below. Not much to see or do in town but there are a couple of decent restaurants. The staff was very helpful and always available.

The people are very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent with a nice wine selection. The rooms are roomy, clean and nicely appointed. The view out to the Mediterranean is incredible. The only disadvantage is the location isolated on a steep hillside with narrow winding roads. There is no place to walk or hike and you don't want to walk on these roads. Any trip away from the hotel will require either a taxi or your own car. Taxi prices seemed very high to me. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a shuttle into town.
We stayed in this hotel for five nights, when visiting Catania, on bed and breakfast basis. It is a medium sized old worldly hotel within a few miles on Mount Etna. Rooms are good sized and well equipped with four / five star hotel facilities. Outdoor swimming pool was cold and unusable. It has an excellent spa. Breakfast was average. Staff was polite and helpful.

Hotel is very well located with a amazing view. It has two beautiful outdoors swimming pool (one for children) with hydro massage. Also the wellness center is nice, with an amazing idromassage pool.
Rooms are clean.
The hotel was splendid. What made it for us was the friendliness and kindness of ALL the staff. The food was great and well priced. We stayed 4 days and have just returned. Ee will stay longer next year. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. See you next year for sure. You were magnificent!

We had a great stay in this hotel. A wonderful, big room with an inner and and outer terrace, very clean, great wellness center (turkish bath sauna, jaccuzzi, massage), good food and nice and helpful people recommending us nice trips.
