We stayed here in August. We were shown to our room by a friendly porter. He told us how the shower, air conditioning etc worked. The view from our room was gorgeous. The room itself although not luxurious was clean and comfortable.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. We saw turtles swimming in the sea every day and my husband saw some hatching one evening.
We ate breakfast in the hotel most days but walked into St Lawrence Gap in the evening and had some lovely meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfasts were nice.
We would definitely love to return in a couple of years when our teenager no longer wants to holiday with us as with a 22 year old and 16 year old with us this time it was very expensive to eat out. we were spending over £200 a day on food! Obviously exchange rate now has an impact on this.
We hired a car for 3 days and went toThe Boatyard near Bridgetown which was the highlight for our son. We also visited some beaches on the West Coast which are absolutely gorgeous but definitely prefer where we were for restaurants etc.
We are looking forward to our return.More
