Spent day tour . The boat was prompt at picking us up from the Tongo wharf...Restaurant , food is good....choices of food are good for my family...
Downside,
1. trash on the sea on the way to the resort, the resort itself does'nt seem to have a waste water management system bec the water form their sink visibly pours out to the sea....where you will snorkel.....just wondering why all the fishes still hang out there, and there's a lot..that is why it is still fun to swim there....
2. another thing, I wish the owners would put more handle bars or ropes around the wharf, in the snorkel area, so that swimmers can hold on to something, if they want to relax a bit in the water...maybe more stairs going down to the reef......there's a lot of traffic on the stairs to the reef!....
3. put shower rooms for the day trippers, day trippers deserve to clean up, since entrance fee is necessary. the shower rooms at wharf are inadequate.

Room Tip: bring your fresh water to rinse up after the swim...

Down hill straight after check in. Male couple. Given two single beds room, not an option. Room very dirty. A lot of trash on shore side. After morning swim , couldn't get a seat in restaurant because of all day trippers. Was told they had priority. Food appalling. Plenty of other options and would not recommend wasting time or money on this place.

It was a team building activity. We have planned to visit Nalusuan Island because of such nice pictures on their website and some 1st hand experiences a few of our team mates had but alas we encountered such a horrible staff. They can't provide entry with food when their website clearly stated no food corkage. There was also no mention of pets not allowed so we brought our most loved Kobe - a dog but they can't allow it coz there is already a dog in the island apparently by the owner's of the island itself. We can't believe it! A very nice place yet a very horrible staff manning it.

To the management of Nalusuan Island - i hope you update your website to avoid misleading information and i hope you provide more customer service trainings to your staff.

We spent 2 days and 2 nights on this island. Enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming in both sandy beach and pier. Saw lots of marine life: Giant-clam, different colors of star-fish, colorful fishes "I think I saw Nemo and Dory", Sea Urchins, etc. The rooms are over the water and very clean and comfortable. The food and beverages were also delicious along with superb service from staff.

The whole family spent two nights in this Island. It's a coral Island, and they built a resort on top of it, so don't expect a beach area with a wide expanse of sand, or sandbar. You'll get to see sand at sundown when the water recedes and the you and the children can walk for miles looking for shells. It is a fish sanctuary so adults and kids will enjoy snorkelling and feeding the fish! The stilt cottages was fun to stay in but electricity is not 24 hours. During the day there is no electricity, if you're lucky you'll have the strong breeze to cool you off inside your room, which we did! The rooms have big windows and terraces with sliding doors, so during the day you just open them. There is a restaurant but the menu was not extensive, you have to arrange a day before to make sure the food you want is available because everything is delivered to the island. Also it was kind of expensive, so expect that. Late afternoon, the family will have the island all to themselves, but in the morning expect truckloads of tourists, apparently it is a popular lunch stop-over for tour groups. At night make sure the kids, actually everyone should stay indoors or at the cottages because the sea snakes come out at night from the crevices of the coral island. The children enjoyed watching them though! All in all we had a great stay.
