We stayed here twice during our travels, both times in a triple room with a balcony overlooking the street. It was a large room, clean with TV, fridge, A/C, 3 single beds & bathroom amenities. The room had 6 lights but only 2 worked so was a bit dim. This was a very popular hotel as both times stayed there they had a FULL sign on the door & turned away many people. The front staff had adequate English & was helpful. There is a great mini-mart across the street & several restaurants nearby, also ATM’s. Free wifi & worked okay in the room but weak on balcony. If in Pakse again, would probably stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the street have balconies (one triple, one double)

A great location in the centre of Pakse close to all tourist needs – restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, travel agents and motorbike hire shops.

The whole guesthouse was spotlessly clean – even cleaner than some higher-class hotels in Europe. It was easily the cleanest accommodation we have seen in SE Asia.

The room was large with plenty of space to unpack and store your belongings. The bed was comfortable and the linen smelled nice.

The bathroom was ample sized and the hot shower worked well.

We were particularly impressed with the air-con unit.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work well on the fourth floor and there was no lift.

Extremely large and clean room and bathroom. Hot water. Fresh linen. I would have given it very high points, but I did not sleep well as the AC of a room above ours (201) kept dripping water on the tin awning outside our window and made an unstoppable noise all night long.

We paid £34 for two nights at Alisa (£17 per night) and felt this was good value. The room was large, clean and bright with a good bathroom en-suite plus hot showers and good water pressure! There was a balcony at the front but oddly the windows just had shutters with no glass. Fortunately there weren't too many midges around, but the staff did provide us with bug spray each evening on request.
No breakfast is available here but there are several options nearby.
This is a quite, clean guesthouse with helpful staff at a good price.

Been to 5 other guesthouses which have rooms from 100k to 150k and they are all dumps compared to this one. The staff here is super polite and friendly something that's hard to come by in Pakse. The sheets were clean, bathroom equipped with strong hot shower, rhe lights all worked, and it's very quiet if you want to sleep in. No babies running around this hotel like in others. Ask for a mosquito net though and the wifi works on the ground floor only. But still, comparatively this place was the best.
