Hotel is in secure security gated complex. Rooms very clean and air con not noisy so can sleep with switched on low. Great staff who are very helpful. Late night arriving so missed food. Same for breakfast, looked great but had early start so no time. Shame..
The hotel is very nice, a modern a comfortable room and bathroom, but as mentioned in other comments, the noise from the airco/heating machine is terrible. Even after turning it off, it still makes some noise that does not allow to sleep well.
The breakfast is very good, and there is a parking available for the guests.
The Wifi works well, which is important for business travelers.
We were delighted by this hotel in every respect - but there was one exception. Very sadly, and contrary to majority opinion which shows that 66% either hate it or do not notice it (the lucky ones), they indulge in the totally barbaric habit of TV/muzak at breakfast. Shocked to find this abomination in such a delightful place I asked everyone present in the breakfast room if they wanted it. All replied NO - and it was turned off. So don't let this stop you booking here - just ask to have it turned off. If you wish to know why the majority are against muzak go to Pipedown at UK - this has no place in an hotel of such quality and certainly NEVER at breakfast !
I stay at Criquets every year whilst in Bordeaux to taste the young wines. It couldn't be more conveniently situated. Thew restaurant's food is really very good indeed and the rooms are comfortable. Alas, I hvae never been brave enough to swim in the indoor pool whilst everyone is breakfasting nearby!
