We went skiing in Kals am Grossglockner. A wonderfull ski area with great conditions, pistes and views. Sometimes you are racing down the mountain, with the feeling like you are looking at a painting of a famous artist. But let's be honest, the Alps are a true work of art for itself.
Kasa Machiniger really gave our stay the extra 'mountainfeeling' you are looking for. It's a true Austrian building, that gives you a warm and welcome feeling right away. Everyting you need is available and you'll wake up with an increadible view. The house is really big and you'll have plenty of room. The beds are perfect and the shower / badtub is lovely aswell. Next to that, you're just several minutes away from the skilift.
The village is small and actually kind of cute. People are very kind and there is a supermarket, bank and skirental. There are some pubs aswell, but we haven't been there. Although they looked very good!
I can definatly recommend you to visit Kasa Machiniger and Kals am Grossglockner!
Been in Kasa Machiniger for one week to relax and enjoy the snow. It was wonderful. Quite village, beautiful landscape, friendly people. Kasa Machiniger has everything we needed for a good stay. Certainly comming back again!
