Spacious, clean, well appointed rooms, large comfy beds, air con good. The meandering pool villas were lovely.
My husband enjoyed the restaurant food. Afternoon tea is served in the gardens (Chai and Indian snacks).
There is a 2 hour sunset cruise with musicians, although we didn't go ourselves as we had had 2 nights on a houseboat and infact sailed into the hotel, fabulous, no bumpy roads.
The gardens are beautiful, picture perfect.
It has everything you might expect from a luxury hotel, however, all the staff really went above and beyond the call of duty when I was taken ill. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. I am very grateful to them for their care, we couldn't have coped without them.More
