This apartment is fabulous, with everything you could possibly need. A great welcome pack on arrival and Vikki is lovely! Comfy bed, great aircon, and a pool too, although the sea is 30 seconds away! (Would recommend sea shoes). The balcony is a good size too and has. BBQ
There is a fantastic bakery on the main road, but you need a car to use the very good supermarkets in Sami.
There is a good washing machine in the apartment and beach towels are provided too! Would definitely go back!

We return here year after year, thats how good we think Chloe is, everyone is so friendly and attentive, the apartment has plenty of space and is laid out very well too.

There is a kitchen, cooker, hob, microwave etc. shower room with washing machine, double bedroom, single bedroom and a small office space with free wifi.

Its located in a very beautiful spot, the small pool is a welcome addition on the very warm days but you are metres away from the sea!

This apartment is like a second home to us, our holiday starts as soon as we open the apartment door, to be welcomed by a bottle of wine, bread and local jam! (Theres always fresh milk, water and juice in the fridge too).

Theres a cafe / bakery just a couple of minutes away for your cakes, bread and savouries- have a coffee while you are there, then wander diwn to the lake to feed the ducks!

Theres also a small shop close by for your essentials but there are larger supermarkets in Sami, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, chemist....the list goes on (a-lot of tavernas to choose from).

There is a taverna close by Chloe too...within a few minutes walking distance.

Its brilliant, what are you waiting for - get it booked!

The aptmnt. was very roomy and modern with lots of storage space. The view from the balcony was spectacular --we were only 20 metres from the pebbles and sea looking out towards Ithaca and beyond. Sami is around 1mile away but can be walked if fit enough . There is no bus service to Karavomylos so we hired a car from Blue Sea car hire on the harbour at Sami. --excellent value and very friendly owner Aristedes.
The nearest beach which is pebbled but beautiful is Antisamos around 3 miles over the hill past Sami harbour with more spectacular views on the way. It was used for scenes in 'Captain Corelli's Mandolin'
Restaurants in Sami are set next to the water and are quite wonderful in the evening. We used the Mermaid most but it can get quite busy( the food is the best in Sami and still very reasonably priced) We also ate at Faro and Adonis -- both also very good and reasonably priced

We came back to Chloe beach house for our first holiday with a baby. The aparment gave us everything we needed, lots of space, comfort and a great balcony with a stunning view of the bay. Having a baby with us made going out for meals in the evening a little difficult, but we found 2 places that will deliver to Karavamilos (Kokopaz for souvlaki etc and Tereza for pizza - ask for Retzeboglu apartment on the sea road and meet them outside). Other tips: go and visit
Fiskardo its a very pretty little town, go to the local bakery in Karavomilos, have a beer by the sea at the karavomillos tavern just down road and hire a boat for the day from Yellow Boats in Agia Efimia, great fun to explore the coastline and find your own litttle beaches that you can't get to by road.
