We've just returned from 2 weeks in August. The weather wasn't great which didn't help!
We arrived after a very long drive and were shown to our pitch- which was too far away from the elec points- so we chose a different pitch and where there had been so much rain our caravan got stuck in the mud. The owner got a tractor out to tow us out, so moved to another pitch which was too shady as the trees were over grown, no sunshine when it did appear! So after a week, when it quietened down, we moved to a lovely pitch at the top of the site.
The pool was nice, clean and well kept, bar pricey and lacking in atmosphere.
The staff just aren't particularly chatty, which feels unfriendly?
Their local entertainment and food evening on Tuesdays are ok. For the French predominantly as we seemed to be placed away from everyone and avoided!
The facilities are spotlessly clean, but close between 8.30-9.30am for cleaning- ludicrous!!!!
Very good value for money. €29 per night. In August.
