I have stayed at this villa several times over the last few years, with the most recent being in June 2014. If you are like me and look for a holiday to be relaxing and carefree rather than having to get dressed each night to visit a hotel restaurant then this is the place for you.
The villa is around an hours drive from Alicante airport (nearly all along a well signposted and quiet motorway) and is located about 5 minutes drive from the coastal town of Moraira. The villa is accessed by a flight of steps and is spread over one floor. The villa is presented really well with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchen with all your cooking needs, air conditioning, satellite TV and a private balcony to enjoy an evening meal while watching the sun set. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The villa is located on an urbanization and is a short walk from a large pool that has the benefits of a pool bar, children's section and tables and chairs. Again, the pool is clean and well maintained.
The village of Moraira is beautiful, with lovely sandy beaches and a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. If you are after nightclubs or loud music it's probably not the place to visit, but has plenty to offer for an enjoyable evening out. It's worthwhile looking out for the various festivals that take place here as they really are spectacular and are usually following up by an impressive firework display.
There are numerous supermarkets located in the area, with a couple in the town and a Mercadona 1 minutes drive from the villa. This is well stocked and good value (especially the wine).
All in all this is a quality villa located in a quality resort, and you will not be disappointed with your choice of holiday.

The apartment is a great size, well furnished and has all the essentials such as Sky Tv, Air Con & a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils and there is good sized fridge and freezer to store any food you require for your holiday. The apartment has its own balcony area with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or a romantic meal in the evenings. On the balcony there is a couple of sunbeds for people to sunbath. There's a Mercadona supermarket located just 5 minutes down the road from the apartment which is ideal for doing a big food shop or just to pick up snacks.

There's a lovely pool located 2 minutes away from the apartment and is easily accessible throughout the day. The pool is split into two sections, one ideally for children and the other perfect for adults. The Pool is big enough to get your exercise in by doing some lengths or just to simply relax and enjoy the sun. Around the Pool there are a couple of pool tables, a table tennis table and a tennis court. The pool also has a lifeguard on duty during the opening hours. There's a small bar that serves freshly made food daily, alcoholic drinks and ice cream/lollies for the kids. The bar is run by a lovely lady called June, who is always happy to go the extra mile for you. The bar is normally open from around midday until late at night and they regularly have entertainment on such as BBQ nights and Quiz Nights.

Moraira town centre is a 5 minute drive away or 10 euros in a taxi. Moraira offers a lovely selection of restaurants and bars that are all open til late. Some of our favourites places to dine are - The Deli, Golden Bay & Indian Palace. Our two favorite bars have to be La Cucaracha & Cap D'Or, both very unique bars showing their own side of Moraira.

August 2014 was our 3rd visit to this apartment in Villotel, Moraira and it wont be our last. I would recommend this apartment to couples & families with younger children. The owners are lovely people who have been a pleasure to deal with on a number of occasions.

This property is by far the best I've stayed in on Villotel. The owners keep it in tip top condition with beautiful furnishings and it is a home from home. The family just didn't want to come home after our two week stay. This property is excellent value for money and we would fully recommend it to anyone. The owners regularly keep in touch from point of booking to the time you arrive. There was even a selection of welcome treats which was a total surprise and very much appreciated. In fact we have booked again at this property for 2015. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
