Stayed here for one night booked thru booking.com last minute. On arrival the room we had booked didn't meet our expectations and after a conflab with the (helpful) staff we were upgraded to a lovely big split-level self-catering room with sea views for no extra charge.
The staff seem to be mostly french speaking and are very helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty and taken on the communal poolside area patio.
Now the bad news. Outside the rooms there is a large unruly scruffy area inhabited by locals and worse their dogs. There was howling for most of the night from several of the beasts and my sleep suffered for it. Just saying.
The hotel offers free parking outside but be very careful where you park as I made the mistake of leaving my car adjacent and was then later accosted by a local old man who insisted that i had to pay him the princely sum of 10 dirhams (about 80p) before he'd let me drive away! Apparently he owned the waste land that i'd parked next to and he proved this by wearing a whistle around his neck?! He took the joke quite seriously and threw himself across the bonnet at one point as well as picking up a brick to launch at our car before common sense broke out and i paid him the ransom mainly as a reward for the cabaret.More
