For a luxury salt of the earth experience. elegant stylish with personal touches for guests to feel the authentic experience. Spectacular and memorably atmosphere is created in the indoor and outdoor spaces that are personal touches. For the shared dream experience that kosta and all his friendly staff who are warm and welcoming. From the buffet breakfast, Yianni the barista's coffees to the fine dinning under the night sky with sounds of the Ionian sea to compliment. Luxurious hotel that has attention to detail with breathtaking views of the beautiful Blu waters of Agios Stefanos beach and majestic sunsets. Our time spent at delphino Blu in Agios Stefanos has a wonderful boutique philosophy. Warm wishes from Australia.

Just spent a lovely relaxing week here. Couldn't fault it so it's easy to see why there are so many return clients. Would love to go back and definitely recommend. Hotel is beautifully laid out and setting is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble. Garden Suite was lovely and spacious and breakfast plentiful. Very comfortable sun beds. Only dilemma was which view to choose. We got a lovely send off in our taxi and a nice farewell gift. Thanks to all who made our holiday so lovely at Defino Blu.

I needed a holiday to rest and relax, the reviews on Delfina blue was the reason to choose, the suit we had was fantastic with great views, there are practically four levels to relax all with views on the beach, nice swimming pool with a bar, another lounge to relax, another level with restaurant and beach bar, then you have the beach area. Service great, breakfast fantastic, food excellent , sunset great.
To sum it up it was a great choice, a hotel with PASSION and service with a smile, you just feel you are at home.
Thanks Konstantinos

We were very welcome and the place is just very relaxed. The georgious beach is just meters away and the coctails are the best we have ever tasted. That would not mean anything from people who never drink coctails but we do, haha.

We stayed here in the last week of August as a family of four in room 10. Our children are 12 and 15 and had their own room within our suite. The suite was very spacious at the side of the hotel but still had a sea view.
This place is very very special indeed. The second we arrived we were welcomed curbside as we stepped out of the taxi by the owner and reception staff. That special feeling stayed with us all week as every member of staff treated us like VIPs.
Breakfast is amazing. Lunch by the beach is amazing. The pool bar is amazing. It is all amazing.
We spent a very lazy week eating, sleeping, drinking, reading, swimming, napping and spending precious time together as a family (we played lots of UNO!). We didn't explore the island but would have done boat trips had we been here longer which was easy to organise. We walked in to the village which has, unfortunately, become spoilt somewhat by the number of British tourists but we found some charming tavernas which were very good value for money (despite the pound being almost equal to the euro). And the walk home was just 3-5 minutes along the beach! Easy! Of course dinner is also available at the hotel (which we also enjoyed) but we just fancied a stroll in the evenings.
There isn't a single negative I can think of. We have been to many beautiful hotels but this one is very special indeed. We will most definitely be back.
