Has a fantastic stay at Villa Anna. The photos do not do the property justice, we were slightly concerned by earlier reviews - but these were completely misleading. The villa is fantastic, clean, amazing good sized pool, spacious living area, three good sized bedrooms, balconies all round with lovely views. We only stayed for three nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. Such a peaceful location but still within walking distance to Tsilivi town.
Thank you for Ann and her team for such a welcoming stay - one of our favourite stays in accommodation ever , the welcome pack was wonderful too!!
Highly recommend this property :-)
Perfect for what we needed. Spacious villa with excellent facilities and the pool was perfect for young children, they didn't want to get out!
The villa is a 15minute walk to town, there is no footpath so be a bit careful if walking but it is only around 6 or 7 euros taxi ride.
Would definitely book again.
We are currently here at the villa for a week for a friend's wedding. It's lovely and very accommodating for us and our two babies. Nothing was a problem. Very affordable for the time of year and lovely villa. It's about a fifteen minute walk into the town and beach, lots of restaurants and bars. The closest supermarket is about ten mins walk. All in all I'm loving it here and will be sad to leave. The sea is like a bath but very salty. The only downfall I would say is that it is hard for the local taxis to find the villa. We now know to tell them it is the Marmaria villas. The beds are also quiet hard but each to their own. All in all its wonderful and will be booking gain without a doubt.
We stayed here for 10 days,on arrival we found the toilet was being unblocked also the pool pump was being repaired, what else could go wrong we thought,no wifi and no TV,the wifi was connected after two days as was the TV..but the TV went again and was carted off to be repaired. Then it was the Kettle, that didn't work but it was replaced the same day.The walk into town is quiet far along a busy road with no pavements to walk along,so if you have children be aware of this. This is a nice villa but could probably do with a bit of an update.
A poorly maintained property with a pervading smell of damp and mould especially in the downstairs bedroom and the kitchen cupboards. Had the four of us overlooked the rusty cooker, fridge and microwave enough to choose to self cater, the severe lack of cookware would have made it very difficult. The patio was stained and untidy ( a garden hose takes up a fair amount of the patio) and had only three garden chairs that could be used- hardly enough for a property that is supposed to cater for eight people.
The overall effect is a villa that could be attractive and roomy but is uncared for, dirty and smelly. Its one positive feature is the location - only a 20 minute stroll into Tsilivi with its many shops and restaurants.
