The villa is set on the road between Coral Bay and Peyia with the most beutiful view or the hills and the sea in the distance. Occasionally you can hear the ringing of bells at the end of the garden where farm goats are grazing. The villa itself is very well proportioned, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is a really good size and is cleaned every other day. We spent most of the two weeks in it. The garden is large with tropical trees growing. There is a fabulous barbecue area where we were able to cook the catch of the day and a covered eating area at the bottom of the garden. The garden furniture is very comfortable? There is a TV and many DVDs to watch in the lounge area but we tended to play board games and cards upstairs on the first floor balcony in the evening under the stars. Comunication with the owners and management company is excellent . A superb holiday and would very much like to return again.

An absolutely superb villa. Excellent location, lovely and quiet but only short drive to Peyia village and to Coral Bay. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the master bedroom is very spacious with huge balcony, fantastic views of mountains and sea.The lounge is comfortable and spacious, large flat screen TV and lots of DVDs. Very well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The pool and garden are fantastic, very well kept and very clean. Largest pool I've had at a holiday villa. Large outside barbecue. Seating area on terrace and at end of garden under gazebo, lovely watching sun come up over mountain. Large driveway for of street parking. Goats pass the villa on their daily route for food which was fun for the children to watch them all going past.

This villa is just outstanding. On the outskirts of Peyia but within driving distance of Coral Bay with the most incredible sea views. Cleanliness and equipment was second to none and the pool area/garden is really something special. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at this villa. Right from the start it was clear that the villa owners take a lot of care in making sure that everything is catered for. On arrival the villa was beautifully presented and had everything you could wish for to be there. The villa is in a very small development on the Eastern edge of Peyia and is so peaceful, with wonderful views down into Coral Bay. Any aspect of repairs or maintenance are dealt with efficiently and immediately by Philip who live in the villa on the opposite side of the road and he is very personable and friendly. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a lovely holiday set in a beautiful location.

A week was not enough of this fantastic villa. After a hot day out the best bit was always coming back to cool off in the pool.
Having said that the villa is great too. Excellent layout, comfy beds, all en suite and fully equipped kitchen if you really want to cook inside!
Fully recommended as abase to explore western Cyprus.
