Nice location, convenient to restaurants, activities, etc. private parking. Furniture does need upgrades & carpet in bedroom need cleaning or replacement. Knob on dryer & patio door need to be repaired. Place does seem to be secure.
The apartment was in a perfect location for those attending conferences at the Gaylord Convention Center. It seemed to be safe, however the security guard was not present at the front desk overnight. Overall the apartment was clean but needs upgrades. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. The furniture was of low quality. There was one tv that was rather small and had a defect on the screen. The bathroom and kitchen were nice and functional. Wireless and cable are available. The apartments are attached to a boutique hotel, but was not able to access the fitness center which was shown in the TripAdvisor photos. The owner did not respond to my request for obtaining access. The owner was slow to respond to a loss of wireless/cable service, which was not serviced until 5 days later (I even offered to pay because I attempted to reset the system myself). Property management and customer service are critical to the success of these rentals. I would, unfortunately, not recommend this property at this price point.
