The crew was very friendly. The boat was very clean and well kept. It was unclear that when you sign up for a tour to a specific area, that the tour would not actually go there due to weather. We signed up for a snorkeling tour to Molikini and Turtle Arches. We did not go to these locations at all because of high winds and sea conditions. The trip ended up being basically a whale watching tour to Lahaina with limited snorkeling. The whale watching was fantastic. The snorkeling was very mediocre. Also, the trip itself was cancelled and rescheduled a couple of times and we were only contacted via email, so we ended up calling to clarify the various emails we received. Ultimately the price difference for what we paid for versus what we were able to do is worth us requesting a partial refund ($125/person versus $65).
