No major complaints about my flight with this airline, and would not hesitate booking to fly with them again. Seat was a little cramped, and struggled to get comfortable on the +3 hours flight. Frustrated by inability to print off boarding passes, using various laptops. Used mobile phone app instead, but would have liked a paper copy too. Also, was unable to access, or print off, the boarding pass for the return flight before I left UK, and therefore had to search for facility to print off abroad. Major plus for me was being able to fly with this budget airline from my local airport; Cardiff.

Before purchasing our tickets, I carefully reviewed the baggage fees. They also advertise that you will save "up to 50%" if you pay online prior to your flight. What they DON'T tell you is that the baggage prices are PER SEGMENT!! We were expecting to pay 25 euros for 1st bag and 45 euros for 2nd bags. Instead, we had to pay $315 USD for 4 bags when we flew Lisbon to Turin because we had two segments - LIS-BCN and BCN-TRN. And this was the online pricing, prior to our flight! I called to inquire/complain, but they did not admit their website is misleading - there is absolutely no mention that the pricing is not origin to destination, like every other airline. Our seats were $180 each and bags cost almost that amount. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!!

First time user of Vueling and i was impressed! Other than a delay at baggage claim to retrieve our baggage, no problems at all. Flight left on time --no issues at all. Will be flying with them again

Smooth process. Flight was on time. No issues at all. Seats were comfortable and the plane itself fairly new. Will fly with this airline again.

Don’t be tempted by the favourable timings of this flight between Manchester and Barcelona. It was subject to a significant delay (3 hours +) as a result of aircraft rotations at the hub in Barcelona. The communication about the situation, the processes for delay compensation and the lack of a simple apology all made for a diastorous start to a short weekend break. Next time I’ll set the alarm and take the earlier flights on offer from UK based airlines.
