IN ALL THE COUNTRIES I'VE BEEN IN ASIA, BUDGET OR OTHERWISE, THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST HOTEL (IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE CALLED SUCH) I'VE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO STAY IN. I DON'T EVEN THINK IT COULD GET WORSE THAN THIS. The staff looks down on people who are supposed to be their "guests". They don't deserve to be working in the HOSPITALITY sector. They don't have a system and the decency to be courteous to their "guests". Just the simple task of getting a copy of your passport is tedious. Lining up to schedule your bus trip back to UAE is a horror. We had to line up from 12 midnight on a SATURDAY to book for the next trip which was the next TUESDAY. The queue got so long that everyone was fighting for their spot because the management is such a power trip that they stopped booking the list since WEDNESDAY even if people had their visas already. When we didn't make it to the list travelling for Tuesday, they didn't enlist us despite lining up since the wee hours of the morning. They wanted us to LINE UP AGAIN THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY) for the trip on the next WEDNESDAY. One time when I approached the front desk warmly, the staff there asked me, "What do you want?!" --WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS?! I WAS BAFFLED AND DISGUSTED. As for the rooms, they are full of roaches, and the bed linens and mattresses look like props for a spooky show. The doors don't have locks, and again, THERE IS NO PROCESS. Which could have been a bit tolerable if the staff didn't act like they were above everyone else. IT FELT LIKE WE WERE SERVING THEM INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

WIFI is only available on the lobby, and is veeeery slow. NO HOUSE-KEEPING. You clean your own room, like really clean it like it's your house. Good luck again with the foul stench and the roaches.

I HAVE TOO MANY COMPLAINTS THAT I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER THEM ALL. JUST PLEASE, IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND DIGNITY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOLD-DIGGING, DISRESPECTFUL, DIRTY PLACE.

FOR ITS RATING, 1 BEING LOWEST AND 5 BEING HIGHEST, I WOULD GIVE IT A -5!!!!More

Worst Hotel

i was booked in Aryana Hotel by my agency but when we get there around 2:00am Aryana was full so they transferred us to Ar Jawhara Hotel which is 5 minutes by taxi. Aj jawhara hotel was fine though bed sheets were not clean when we entered the room ( around 3:00 am) but then the following night was okay as they provide us clean and new bed sheets as we requested and a new bed,the room and bathroom was spacious and plus kitchen with stove and cleaner compare to other some hotel in that area though my roommate poured some bleach to make it cleaner because the house keeping is not good and we just maintained it.
And when i went to reception to get my passport for while as i need to take picture of the exit stamp as i need to send to the agency who processed my visit visa the receptionist informed me that Aryana Hotel has my passport, Aryana keep our passport so then we went to Aryan which we need to get a taxi and paid 10 aed one way but for us it was fine. When we were in Aryana worst experience start, i couldn't get my passport or at least the photo copy of my passport like with some ( few ) Guests has. Their staff are very unprofessional and rude, every time i tried to ask their staff they just pass me to other staff and there's one guy in reception used to wave his hand ( from this staff to another and vice versa ) i felt like i was a volleyball sometimes they leave the office and locked it or they tell me "im very busy or im doing something or can you wait" and when i said yes i can and i can really get it , right? because i dont want to wait there the whole day and hungry for nothing and so they would answer " im not really the one who can give you that" and one time i was shocked when i asked the young guy their , he even asked me to go out and when he saw my reaction he even said " why, did i say something wrong " and there's one filipino woman there also which she made face and used to say im doing something and in few minutes she will left and never come back . They never care even if lots of Guests are waiting for few hours just to get the passport copy and make a bus booking going back to Abu DHabi which is 100 aed for special trip (Dubai only).
We went their everyday to get at least the copy of my passport and at last on the 3rd day i got the copy.( we reached the Aryana Hotel around 9 am and got the copy past 11 am). It was really hard when were there, their treatment makes it hard.

But in fairness their manager did his best.
