A supposedly great restaurant in the small village. Food is average. Open outside seating. Noisy. Staff very helpful though

We went around the little city of sant'alessio looking for a restaurant that made great fish. We were very satisfied with the quality of food here.

What a beautiful restaurant ! Al Fresco dining at it's best. Superb Pizzas , seafood and meat dishes plus delicious deserts ... you must visit if in the area. Good wine list makes this a great place to visit. Finish with the Pineapple Semi-freddo....I could of eaten 10 !
Thank you Enzo, Maurizio and your lovely waitress ( Whose name I'm sorry we forget ).

If the setting is typical of any Italian tratorria, meaning nothing special, the food on the contrary has everything to make you spend a special moment. Local ingredients carefully selected (we tasted wild fennel they picked themselves) fresh fish (we a choice from The catch of the day), HOME Made Bread with unrefined flour, and the generosity of the waiter who made you feel like they wanted to share with you their passion about food...."slow food" concept without knowing it:) we didn't taste the pizza but a lot of locals were there eating them. At the end of the meal we were offered a home made limoncello from lemon verde to die for. A surprising revelation!
